Canada-US Road Trip to Home: Stroll the Broadway Street in Nashville, Tennessee at Night

We were supposed to visit the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and the Hatch Show Print located inside the former during our stop in Nashville, Tennessee. But we couldn't since we arrived late in the afternoon. And we have to drive the next day to Memphis after checkout.

Sadly, we have a tight schedule during our Canada-US Road Trip to Home. I would have loved to linger in each US state we passed by, go where the locals go and eat what they eat.

Thankfully, our hotel is just a walking distance away from Broadway street. It is famous for its live music, restaurants, and bars. The vibe of the city kind of reminds me of our visit to Las Vegas in 2015. See here.

We dined at a Food Hall near the street and ordered from Smokin Chikin. Wow, it tastes good. So good we even thought of ordering takeout. If you happen to visit the area, why not give it a try? :)

Where we stayed for the night?

Homewood Suites by Hilton Nashville-Downtown. (That building from the photo above.) Good decision to stay downtown. We don't have to drive to sightsee. If you book a hotel in the area, don't forget to prepare cash for valet parking.

Due to our situation, which is to arrive in Austin, TX on a specific date, Broadway street is the only spot we visited whilst in Nashville. Someday we'll come and visit the city again. I hope.
