Chalet Motel: Where To Stay in St. George, Utah, USA

After our memorable visit at the Lower Antelope Canyon, the husband and I didn't waste any of our precious time hitting the road to our next destination at St. George, Utah. The road trip from the Lower Antelope Canyon to St. George, Utah took us about 3 hours.

The road views from Arizona to Utah are superb as well.

A massive mountain greeted us before we entered Hurricane City, Utah pictured below. Could it be one of the mountains of Zion National Park?

I was so tired to be on the road for 3 straight days. We didn't stop at scenic views along the way because I was in a hurry to get to our motel in St. George and rest up. It was indeed a pleasant surprise to see our room at the Chalet motel. It was like a home away from home.

I love that our room had a kitchenette.

The Chalet motel is located in a very nice neighborhood. Me and my husband we're so glad to have discovered a Japanese restaurant just a short walking distance away from our motel. It was so full that we had to wait for a few minutes to be seated. Boy, what a feast!

We had an awesome dinner. The food was great! The sashimi is so good! Yum! I would love to come back to The Sakura Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi in St. George, Utah again. You shouldn't miss it either when you happen to visit St. George, Utah. That if you love Japanese food. :D

Our one night stay at the Chalet motel cost us $65.84 USD. Wi-fi is free with no breakfast. Not bad! I was able to sleep well for the first time in 4 nights since we've hit the road. Yes, even if I could hear the sound of vehicles from the road outside. I must be really tired from those long miles.

All in all, I would give The Chalet Motel a 4 out of 5 stars. I would have loved to spend a day exploring St. George, Utah but then time is limited so let's do that next time. :D
