Stonehenge II and Easter Island Head Ingram, TX

Hey there, how's your weekend? I hope it went well. The US celebrated its 240th anniversary of independence yesterday which means... long weekend!

Me and the hubby went on a 2 hour and a half road trip to Ingram, Texas to check out the Stonehenge II and Easter Island heads (actually, there are 2 of those easter island heads that can be found in there).

The hubby was a bit disappointed driving 130 miles from the east of Austin because he thought there's not really much to see. I think it's because we didn't really make any other plans.

But I do love the scenic countryside views on our way there. I'm talking about beautiful vineyards, rolling hills, deers prancing about, golden wheat fields. Ahhh, so relaxing!

I would say the Stonehenge II and Easter Island Head Ingram, TX is a good spot to stop and sightsee if you happen to pass by Ingram to San Antonio or Austin.
