Travel Cost

I would say that the travel cost to Bali is a bit expensive especially the resort but the food and massage (must try) is a bit reasonable. I'll be transparent to you regarding our travel cost to the island of the gods. Per pax you would spend around 600 - 700 SGD for 3 days 2 nights stay at Bali Indonesia.

But it all depends on your spending and the type of vacation you wanted to have on the island. It also matters whether you tip or not. Everything is really up to your budget. My husband loves to indulge that's why our travel cost is expensive.

We stayed at Ayodya Resort Bali as mentioned above. I will be talking about the resort in much detail on my next succeeding post. We bought it on a deal at Here are the inclusions of the deal we bought.

I really think it's a good deal given that Ayodya Resort Bali is a 5-star resort. Did you know that this resort housed the contestants of Miss World 2013? And Miss Philippines won the crown that year. I'm just proud to be a Filipina, that is.

Bali Whole Day Car Tour Service

For our whole day Bali tour we hired Sabatani Ways which cost $44 SGD good for 8 hours tour. Our tour took 12 hours all in all so we paid an extra $5 SGD per hour. It totaled to $64 SGD plus a tip of $6 SGD to the driver.

Sabatani Ways claimed:

All the price include Car + driver & guide + petrol + Parking & Ticket entrance every tourism place.

Warning! (Must-Read)

Sabatani Ways claimed that parking and ticket entrance to every tourism place is included in their service however we paid with our own pocket money the entrance to Taman Ayun Mengwi Temple and Tanah Lot Temple plus the parking fee.

In addition to that, I'm not really happy with their service because they change my Bali tour itinerary last minute. Instead of going to the place I wanted they suggested a different place right on the spot which didn't meet up my expectations.

I wouldn't recommend you to use their service. I have to warn you about booking their service. Book them at your own risk.

If you're looking for a decent driver booked Jaya instead. This is his contact number: +62 822 37567540.

Despite the bad Bali Tour experience. I still love my vacation to the island of the gods. Bali is a beautiful place and I feel like our stay on the island is not enough. It's really a must to stay a bit longer on our next vacation to the island.
