Hey, how have you been? I've been working out 20 minutes 5 days a week lately. Most of the time, I'm sore somewhere. Hehe. But I do love it! It gives me a sense of accomplishment for my day. 

Also, I feel stronger and stronger and better overall. You reap what you sow. If you sow energy, you'll get more. 

You see, I work full time from Mondays thru Thursdays and at the same time a full-time mom to our toddling little boy. So yes, I definitely needed more of it!




The husband told me I look like a flight attendant. Haha! I used to dream of becoming one, however, I stood a towering 5'1".

I finally took the plunged and invested in a nice top. I've found that spending a bit more does have a huge difference in quality. (I do buy affordable and cheap clothes as long as I look nice. No problem.) I'm no expert on fabrics but this pink top is really soft and comfortable --  excellently made.
